Smiles To Go
Smiles To Go by Jerry Spinelli is 248 pages and a very interesting book. Will Tuppence, the main character, is all about skateboarding, chess, and relationships. He practices for a chess tourniment with his dad and says that he doesen't want his annoying sister, Tabby to be there. She sneaks out and ends up in the hospital for skating down 'Dead Mans Hill'. Will gets really freaked out when he hears that a proton decays. He starts to look at the world and his relationships with his sister and his two best friends in a different way because of this.

ReplyDeletevery good book. It's strange though, because I'm a fantasy/sci-fi freak and all, but if I sit down with a good Jerry Spinnelli, i can't get up.
